For delivered products by VapingMad, only the warranty as established by the manufacturer of the products, is applicable.

VapingMad can only be held responsible for damage caused on purpose or caused because of serious fault, or that comes into existence because of circumstances that by law are automatically at the risk of VapingMad.

VapingMad is never responsible for consecutive damage, trade damage, indirect damage or loss of benefit or turnover. If VapingMad is obliged to pay a damage fee, this damage fee will never be higher than the amount of the invoice relating to the product or the service which caused the damage.Circumstances which, in any case, cannot be attributed to VapingMad are the following: strikes, lock-outs, illness, import-, export- or prohibition transit, transport problems, non respecting of obligations by sub contractors, production breakdown, atmospheric disasters, nuclear catastrophe, war or the threat of war, or fault of VapingMad except by malicious intent or serious fault.

The legal responsibility of VapingMad as established by law is unimpeded by the contents of these articles.
Without prejudice, there can be no question of a guarantee in the following cases : * the product has been altered; * the original invoice cannot be presented , has been altered or has been made illegible; * the defects are the consequence of a use that is not appropriate or that is injudicious; * damage that has been caused by malicious intent, serious fault or by negligence. All warranty returns will need to be paid by the purchaser and VapingMad will not cover shipping back to our warranty department for DOA or warranty items full stop.

  • The warranty period starts once the product has been posted to the purchaser.
  • The warranty does not cover misuse, deliberate/accidental damage or damages caused by wear and tear.
  • The warranty does not cover merchandise failure or damage caused due to improper use or unauthorized repairs.
  • The warranty does not cover merchandise failure or damage as a result of excessive force such as dropping.
  • The warranty does not cover merchandise failure or damage as a result of usage outside of recommended usage conditions.
  • The warranty does not cover merchandise failure or damage caused by improper use of water or other liquids.

Product warranty (refund and replacement).

Electronic cigarettes are consumable products and their performance and longevity is directly related to the care and maintenance provided by the purchaser. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure they care and maintain their personal vaporising devices and accessories.

VapingMad supplies quality manufactured products. These products have been trialed and stringently tested in the appropriate laboratory and factory environments to reduce the risk of faulty product lines. Because of the consumable nature of vaping products, the following items are covered under their own relevant warranty structure as described.

Consumables (includes Atomisers + Cartomisers + Clearomisers).

Refund/credit or replacement provided on ‘dead on arrival’ (DOA) products only. Within 7 days of receiving the product, the purchaser is required to send the faulty product back to VapingMad at own postage/delivery cost. A refund/credit or replacement will be provided once an assessment of the product has been made by VapingMad and the item is declared faulty.

Batteries.

If your battery is not performing to manufacturers specifications within the first 7 days from delivery, a refund/credit or replacement is applicable. Purchaser is required to send the faulty product back to VapingMad at own postage/delivery cost. A refund/credit or replacement will be provided once an assessment of the product has been made by VapingMad and the item is declared faulty. Faulty batteries are covered for 60 days from the purchase date unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.

Chargers.

Wall chargers and USB chargers are covered under a 60 day warranty with a refund/crddit or replacement offer. Purchaser is required to send the faulty product back to VapingMad at own postage/delivery cost. A refund/credit or replacement will be provided once an assessment of the product has been made by VapingMad and the item is declared faulty.

Mods and components.

If your Mod is not performing to manufacturers specifications within the first 14 days from delivery, a refund/credit or replacement is applicable. Each Mod comes with an applicable manufacturers warranty. Purchaser is required to send the faulty product back to VapingMad at own postage/delivery cost. A refund/credit or replacement will be provided once an assessment of the product has been made by VapingMad and the item is declared faulty. Faulty mods are covered 60 days from the purchase date unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.

MadMix liquid returns.

No warranty is offered on a Liquid flavor if it does not suit to taste. As taste is subjective, it is difficult to suit a juice to every persons needs so a VapingMad warranty on flavor cannot be not offered. Faulty Liquids will be handled on a case by case basis as deemed necessary by VapingMad. E Liquid ordered in error cannot be returned and no refund/credit or replacement will be provided.
